  I have been taking my dog here for almost 13 years. Couldn't ask for a better place. They have always been very fair in any charges made and are very reasonable. Recently had to make the horrible decision to put my baby down. Dr. Erickson was very honest and gave us many options but handled in such a way that helped us in making the right decision. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Especially Diane. Even sent a beautiful sympathy card to us.

  They need to have a little more patience. They are ok, but they need to work on phone etiquette and being personable while in the office. They always act like they are in a rush or have more important things to do.
  All the time? That is a bit much. Otherwise, they would be a great place for me and my dog. I love Dr. Erickson. This is the only reason I continue to go there.
