  this place is scary and I am considering reporting them to the heAlth department. the place smelled like urine so bad it made my eyes water. the little dogs running loose in the reception area were not very well groomed. one of the dogs was really comfortable jumping back and fourth over the gate. there was no real effort from anyone to explain how their adoption program worked.
  
  appartly their screening process is to bring out a dog that they know acts out with agression around strAngers and see if she nips at you, if she does then you must be a bad person. nevermind the trauma that this causes the dog. who should only be introduce to strangers in a calm safe space.
  
  I asked severAl times if I could go out back to see the bigger dogs and never really got a straight answer from anyone.
  
  also One of the little dogs had the type of fur tends to matt up behind the ears she had a bump under one little matt that was kind of sensitive. when I pointed this out they acted like they were checking it but didn't really look at it.
  
  on one of the other little dogs I saw a flea crawling around but he did not seem to be infested (no eggs or fresh dermatitis. meaning they likely treat with frontline or something simlar and the bedding is likely)
  
  the urine smell was starting to making me feel sick and I really needed to wash hands. I asked if there was a rest room and th
  was told no and directed to go to mcdonalds.
  
  I also did not see a hand washing sink any where(which is a health code violation, one of many) not did I see any one use hand sanitiser between kennel maintinace and feeding the animals. I suspect they don't let people out in the back kennels because they are worse then the incredible filthy kennels in the front. these people haven't got a clue about universal precautions.
  
  I have hand sanitizer in my car thank goodness. I am concerned about the conditions the dogs are being kept in here. I hope yesterday was just a bad day for them.

  I remember i tried adopting a black terrier named princess from here summer of 2017 i got to meet her and hold her in my arms the staff took me through the process of adopting her and said that in a week we could have her. I waited a week and my parents finally called them after waiting a few extra days for them to CALL US and some staff member told us that another employee had let another family adopt her!! I was absolutely devastated! These people seriously need to have a better work ethic
