  Absolutely awful. I wasn't pleased with the service- the store employees let the vet and their assistants know that we had been waiting two hours before everyone else and that we were first, and we had to wait while everyone else went ahead of us while an assistant launched into a sales pitch on why we should buy their dewormers/preventative stuff even after we continuously said no. The dog before ours pooped all over the table and floor and they didn't wipe up all the poop on the floor- there were still numerous spots everywhere. When our puppy was seen the vet administrated the vaccine within a second and jabbed it carelessly into her causing her to yelp and scream- which she never does with other vets. He also jabbed an oral dewormer into her mouth and sprayed it all over the table/her face and said 'oops.' He didn't even bother to wipe it before saying 'you're good.' I had to say 'it's all over her.' Before the assistant said 'I'll wipe you up to make you more pretty' meaning she KNEW the yellow dewormer was all over her face and coat. She didn't bother to use water and yellow stains were all over her until we took her home and bathed her. We paid for puppy pack 2, which included bortatella vaccine, and the vet said 'we won't give her that one, you can come back and do it later for free since you paid for it.' We let them know that we wouldn't be back as we are from out of town.... later we called to get a refund for the difference and the phone employee was extremely rude and said 'no, you won't get one because it was still cheaper to do puppy pack 2 instead of doing them individually without bortatella. You paid 67, and doing them individually would be 66.' Okay, so it's not cheaper, but fair since we paid only a dollar more for absolutely nothing. so asked if we'd get it free at our next visit. 'No, it won't be free. You'll have to pay for it.' She was rude and talked over me the entire time. I work customer service for medical and if I did that or behaved how she did, I'd lose my job! Overall horrible. You get what you pay for.
