    If you could give 0 stars I would. These people are horrible. We rented the house we were in before these guys took it over. The people before were amazing. We were in that house 11+ years. Almost 4 years or so ago Quality Property Services took over this property. It took us 2 years to get the oven fixed and one other thing. About a year after they took over, they came to do a walk through to see what was needed and we told them the heating unit wasn't working right and there were no carbon detectors. I can't remember how long it took them to get the heating guy out but they said the heater needed to be fixed or replaced and until then they put the filter in the vent return 15ft high up in the vaulted ceiling because they didn't want to put the filter in the heating unit because it was a fire hazard. They never came to fix it to this day and never came to change the filter. So I told them that.. they to this day as I said never came.

    Before they took it over, the maint man that used to take care of us said we had a bad water problem. it was causing horrible buildup and eventually caused a pipe to break and flood the place. They were awesome and did everything they normally do in a disaster like that but then they still said there was a water problem and it wasn't going way till it was dug up and not to drink that water without filtering it.

    On top of that, WE were cited by the HOA because the property folks refused to fix the yard after they removed a tree, without a permit I might add! Of course we got that squared away so it wasn't on our heads, but what I am mentioning now is just a portion of the issues that happened with them… then worst of it happened..

    Long story short, things were getting nasty due to filters, water (i'm too disabled to do it myself and crawling up to a 15 foot vent was just too much for anyone much less a 60 year old man). We finally decided to move out, the place was nasty from the vents and it was just getting to be too much. We were never late on one rent payment, except for once when mail didn't run for thanksgiving making a long weekend and the first fell on the weekend. it was there Monday but that was it for 11 years... A few days later we got a notice in the mail that said in big bold capital letters PAY UP OR QUIT! Well that was a professional letter (cough) Every rent payment was on time. When we decided to move out we gave ourselves 3 weeks overlap time to move due to being disabled for that kind of thing and husband working and being 60 years old.

    We forgot a few things and went back and picked them up and went over the place again to make sure. The painters had already thrown the blinds out in the backyard. They made us go back and clean ceiling fans, clean toilets, blinds, etc. (which we shouldn't have had to do, but we did) When we called about the deposit first, they told us that we wern't going to get it back because people had been smoking in the house and they could tell from the blinds.. well doh, when the filters are clogged for over three years what is going to happen??) None of that extra stuff we did is necessary by law to do because it is considered normal wear and tear by law just after 2 years including cleaning carpets.

    It's been over 2 months and we have NOT gotten our security deposit. Law requires them to give it back within 21 days. They refuse to use email (of course they don't want a paper trail to be accountable to).

    We have called many times, they never call us back. We got hold of them one time they even said they had a check in the mail.. that never came. We have had to start legal action with a lawyer to get our deposit back.
