  I have never been treated so rudely ! We just purchased a weed eater just 10 minutes ago, our neighbor said take it back we will give you ours. So I contacted them via phone and explained that we would like to return the product, she explained it was a company policy that they give store credit, I asked to speak to a manager and she said they are in meetings. I said this is wrong! I asked again to speak to a manager and she hung up! Why wouldn’t you take my name and phone number out of courtesy ???! Never will we purchase from this company, we don’t enjoy returning at all!
